Tech Tip # 1: Trouble logging on

Check you user name is correct (this is not case sensitive).
The username displayed will be the last person to use the machine.
Check the Num Lock key is on if using numeric keyboard. Check if the Caps Lock key is on.

Tech Tip # 2: Removing access when staff leave

It is important to remove access for staff when they leave the company. In today’s environment with access via mobile devices, web access and remote access it is important to advise LANWorx of staff departures so that their network access can be removed.
