Our Application Development Team builds and tailors systems to our customer’s requirements as well as providing business process mapping and project management services.

  • Complaint Management Systems

    We have developed and commercialised our own Case Management System (CMS). It is a purpose built solution for customers who provide complaint management services to enter, track, manage and report on their cases. It is modular, scalable and designed to be a custom ‘off the shelf’ application. We can bring a wealth of experience and understanding which would ultimately translate to efficiency gains, productivity in the complaints resolution process, advocacy and disputes resolution services. In most cases, we have had successful long term relationships built on well-earned trust with these customers.

  • MailAdviser

    MailAdviser works with your Mail Client to identify local, secure, trusted and public (untrusted) email recipients. It helps prevent emails and attachments being sent to the wrong email address.

  • SharePoint

    Microsoft SharePoint is a Microsoft framework used to build solutions to meet our customers’ requirements. This could be as simple as a basic intranet, Wiki, blog or a full document management solution to manage documents and information within a customer’s network.

  • Office 365

    The Microsoft Office 365 suite is a hosted, online version of the traditional installed version of Microsoft Office software. This online service is subscription-based and includes Office, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Lync Online and Microsoft Office Web Apps. The advantage of the Microsoft Office 365 suite is that the cloud service is provided by Microsoft and thus eliminates a company’s IT maintenance tasks, such as patching, and infrastructure support costs. For end users, the advantage is the ability to access Office 365 offerings using any device, anywhere with an Internet connection.
