Case Management Solutions

We have developed and commercialised our own Case Management System (CMS). It is a purpose built solution for customers who provide complaint management services to enter, track, manage and report on their cases. It is modular, scaleable and designed to be a 'custom off the shelf' application.

Managed Services

Infrastructure support offers a number of services such as provision of IT consulting, day to day support, based on a Managed Services model. LANWorx provides industry standard and accepted solutions based on mainstream technology products, frameworks and solutions. Our Managed Services Agreements underpins the infrastructure business model and is based on a fix priced delivery of these IT services for a regular monthly fee. These agreements allow us to manage our customer's networks in a proactive manner; providing the all the necessary services to monitor and maintain their network as well as their budget.
